It also seems to help to put your keywords in the last sentence as well.

Don’t go overboard with this tactic as it can be spammy if it is done too much. What seems to work well is to bold the keyword phrase once and italicize it once. Submitting the articles to directories such as EzineArticles actually does two things for use. First, potential customers can read the article and hopefully click on the link to your website and buy your stuff. Secondly, the link in the article or author box is a backlink to your site and helps with your ranking. EzineArticle is currently a Page Rank 7 site so it is a good link to have.
Article marketing is a great way to get the word about your offers because it is free. You do have to spend the time writing the articles but if you like to write that is not a problem.
